GIV’N Terms of Service

Welcome to GIV’N – Global Interconnected Virtual Network. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GIV’N virtual reality application and related services.

By accessing or using the GIV’N application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the application.

1. Description of the Service

GIV’N is an immersive virtual reality platform designed to provide collaborative, creative, and experiential environments.

The platform allows users to:

  • Experience immersive environments

  • Interact with virtual spaces and participants

  • Participate in virtual cultural and creative experiences

Certain platform features may rely on services provided by Meta Platforms, including authentication and avatar representation through Meta Avatars SDK, as well as networking services such as Photon Fusion operated by Exit Games.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with the eligibility requirements of the Meta platform in order to access GIV’N.

By using the application, you represent that:

  • You meet the minimum age requirement established by Meta.

  • You are legally permitted to use the services under applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the application responsibly and respectfully.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users

  • Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the application

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the software

  • Impersonate another individual or entity

GIV’N reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if these rules are violated.

4. User Conduct in Virtual Spaces

GIV’N encourages respectful and constructive participation.

Users are responsible for their behavior within virtual environments.

The following behaviors are prohibited:

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Hate speech or discrimination

  • Disrupting experiences for other users

  • Unauthorized recording or distribution of content within the platform

Violations may result in removal from sessions or suspension of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, environments, visual assets, and platform elements associated with GIV’N are protected by intellectual property laws.

These materials are owned by or licensed to GIV’N.

Users may not:

  • Copy or redistribute platform assets

  • Modify or create derivative works without permission

  • Use platform materials for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Platform Dependencies

The GIV’N application relies on services provided by third-party platform infrastructure.

These services may include:

  • Authentication and account systems operated by Meta Platforms

  • Avatar rendering through Meta Avatars SDK

  • Real-time networking supported by Photon Fusion

Use of these services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Use of the application is also governed by the GIV’N Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be processed during use of the platform.

8. Availability of the Service

GIV’N is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all hardware configurations

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIV’N and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Loss of access to the platform

  • User conduct within virtual environments

  • Technical interruptions or service outages

Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GIV’N if users violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may stop using the application at any time.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically.

If changes occur, the updated Terms will be posted publicly and the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the application after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator resides, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
